Rogan’s “The Joe Rogan Experience” podcast became a major talking point during the presidential campaign. President-elect Donald Trump sat down for a three-hour interview, Vice President-elect JD Vance also sat with Rogan for a lengthy interview but Kamala Harris never reached an agreement to appear on the show.

The popular podcast claims she wanted him to come to her and would only give him an hour. Obviously, Rogan had no interest in doing that.

Now, former Obama speechwriter Jon Favreau seemed to heavily imply that the overwhelming majority of Democrats wouldn’t do well in a free-flowing setting like Rogan’s.

“I think it’s also a matter of like what Democrats say and how they say it, and I think it’s telling that we could probably list on two hands the number of Democratic politicians that we’d feel comfortable sending on Joe Rogan. One hand? I was being generous. Donald Trump, he got through all those podcasts, he was the best version of Donald Trump for sure,” Favreau said on “Pod Save America,” according to The Daily Caller. Election Night was a disaster for the Democrats. Not only did Vice President Kamala Harris lose decidedly to President-Elect Donald Trump in both the popular vote and the Electoral College, but Republicans also won the Senate and, possibly, retained control of the House, too.

On Wednesday’s episode of The Stephen A. Smith Show, the longtime ESPN commentator called out celebrities like Oprah Winfrey and former First Lady Michelle Obama for “alienating” American people by trying to “guilt” them into voting for Harris.

“In the end, celebrities, who are worth hundreds of millions if not billions, who most American citizens feel are incredibly detached from their way of life and their quality of life, were not going to get away and guilt them into doing something different than what their experience says is going on and what they should do about it,” Smith said. A new poll from the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression found that free speech is now the second-most important issue for Americans in the upcoming election, trailing only “inflation and increasing costs.”

Americans, 63 percent of whom say concerns over free speech are “very important” to them, ranked the issue ahead of health care, immigration, crime, and guns. And, yes, even more than “racial inequality.”

According to CBS, the plan is to take a hands-off approach and leave the fact-checking up to the candidates. Specifically, moderators Norah O’Donnell and Margaret Brennan will give each candidate two minutes to respond to questions, the opposing candidate two minutes to respond, and one minute for any further rebuttals.
