GOP Senators Call Out Biden Admin Justice Department After Antifa Police Attacker Case Is Dropped

Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office Two Republican senators are speaking out after a Portland Antifa rioter who assaulted a police officer had the case dismissed after just 30 hours of community service.

On August 8, 2020, Eva Warner of Beaverton, Oregon, also known as Joshua Warner, was arrested for “Unlawful Directing of Light From a Laser Pointer, Interfering with a Peace Officer, Disorderly Conduct in the Second Degree,” according to the Portland Police Bureau.

Eight other arrests were made in relation to the Antifa riot and were booked in the Multnomah County Detention Center. Warner was later released without bail. Warner was arrested two other times shortly afterward and was also released without bail, according to Fox News. The charges could have included up to a five-year maximum sentence.
