As The Gateway Pundit reported, Dirty Special Counsel Jack Smith officially resigned from the Department of Justice after ‘completing’ his hit job on President Trump. Now, the soon-to-be 47th President is performing a victory lap by delivering one last parting shot to the disgraced lawyer.
The news of Smith’s resignation came less than one week after Smith’s top hatchet man Jay Bratt, abruptly resigned from the DOJ. A court filing DOJ officials submitted to U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon on Saturday afternoon shows Smith quietly stepped down Friday.
It was previously reported that Smith was planning to step down and file a report before Trump was sworn in.
Early this morning at roughly 1:15 am ET, President Trump delivered a savage response to the former tormentor’s demise.
