Joe Biden’s pardon of little Tony Fauci may not work out as well as everyone feared. Biden signed a blanket pardon excusing the creepy lying douchebag of any crimes between 2014 and 2024. The silver lining is that Congress can call him in to testify, and the pardon abrogates his Fifth Amendment right to refuse to answer any question about conduct related to the pardon period. He can’t incriminate himself, has to respond, and he can’t lie, or he can be charged with perjury. That goes for all the blanket pardons, including Hunter B-B-Biden, Lizard Cheney, General Mills ( I mean Milley), etc.
They all deserve to be put to the question on CSPAN before the public, but Fauci holds a special place in this pantheon of pardoned progressive gods. His lies killed lives. Millions. While harming many millions more. Potential crimes for which he cannot be indicted or tried federally, but someone seems to think Joe’s pardon does not cover violations of state law.
In a letter addressed to Speaker of the House Mike Johnson and Senate Majority Leader John Thune, the attorneys general commended ongoing congressional efforts to uncover potential misconduct. They also requested state-level cooperation in investigating any violations of state laws.
“President Biden’s blanket pardon of Dr. Fauci is a shameful attempt to prevent accountability,” said Attorney General Wilson. “If any of these findings indicate violations of state laws, we are fully prepared to take appropriate action to ensure justice is served.”
The pardon by President Joe Biden does not extend to state prosecution.
…
The attorneys general have formally requested that Congress provide them with any relevant findings that could lead to state investigations and potential prosecutions. They reaffirmed their commitment to upholding public trust, ensuring transparency, and preventing similar failures in future public health crises.
Eighteen AG’s makes it sound like this could happen. That Biden’s pardon does not protect the little man from any activity or action that can be legally punished at the state level. I can’t say what that looks like, but it made my leg tingle (just a little bit). Far too many elites, for far too long, have escaped any sort of meaningful justice while profiting handsomely from a system that enriches them at the expense of others. […]
