CNN’s conservative political analyst Scott Jennings created a bit of a stir this Christmas Eve, responding rather succinctly to why the Democrat party suffered a thrashing defeat in the elections and causing the panel to end in chaotic fashion.
And God love him for it.
The debate got a little wild when “CNN News Central” co-host Kate Bolduan offered Democratic strategist Maria Cardona an opportunity to respond to figures in her party openly criticizing messaging from their leaders.
That includes Sen. Joe Manchin (I-WV), who referred to the party as “toxic,” and Democratic communications strategist Lis Smith, who believes “the Democratic brand is in the toilet.”
